C.S. Lewis (1898-1963) was regarded as one of the great writers of the 20th century. He wrote more than thirty books including The Chronicles of Narnia, Out Of The Silent Planet and The Screwtape Letters. His Narnia series of books are world famous and have sold over 100 million copies. Here he reminds us that one should always have something to aim towards. All too often people decide that it is “too late for them” to achieve a particular ambition; and they resign themselves to lesser goals, perhaps leaving their greatest ambitions unattained. But as the saying goes, if you are still breathing, then your mission on Earth is still in progress and there is no limit to what you might achieve.
