Here is a great quick “inspiration soundbite” – Steve Jobs gives us a 90-second summary of 2 critical rules of success:

1) Do something you have great enthusiasm for, because being an entrepreneur is tough and you’ll need to love it so as not to give up. There is a huge amount of hard work and continual stress.

2) Be really good at finding great talent – because these are the people who are going to build your business.
“No matter how smart you are, you need a team of great people and you have got to figure out how to size people up fairly quickly, make decisions without knowing people too well, hire them and see how you do and refine your intuition…. And be able to build an organization that can eventually build itself.”

Note that the second of these was touted by another great multimillionaire entrepreneur – Felix Dennis – as being mission critical also.
